Elements Class - CF Cedar Park

The Elements program is a 3-day personal training program designed to bring a new CrossFitter up to speed on the 9 Fundamental Movements of CrossFit before moving into the Class Setting. Including Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Deadlift, Sumo deadlift high pull and Clean.

Additionally, the coaches will teach dynamic stretches, group warmup, modifications, progressions and touch on nutrition.

You must attend all 3 sessions before attending regular group crossfit classes.
